The project consisted of the removal of the integral garage, construction of a new front porch, new garage with extension above, flat roof single storey extension to rear and extensive internal renovations.

With the project managed by the client themselves, our appointment initially consisted of the construction of the cavity walls, however the scope continually grew and Albert Gough Builders were involved in delivering all the key aspects of the build, including brick and blockwork, structural steelwork, joinery, insulation, plastering and landscaping.

The project has led to repeat business in the immediate vicinity for the client's neighbours.
